Whether you consider yourself an artist or haven’t picked up a paintbrush since grade school, this retreat is for you. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Thank you for choosing US and Art. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Please read our cancellation policy carefully. Refund Amount: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a refund minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the total booking amount. However, this policy applies only if you booked the event at least 3 days before the event. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the event, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the event. How to Cancel: To cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before the event. You can reach us via email, emily@usandart.com Processing Time: We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your cancellation request. Please note that the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used to book the event. Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee of 5% of the total booking amount is charged to cover our administrative and processing costs. We hope you understand that we incur these costs even if the booking is canceled, and hence the fee is non-negotiable. We recommend that you carefully review our cancellation policy before booking an event on our website. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
